Exercise may Relieve Symptoms of Menopause

 title=We already have tried on many occasions that food in some form or another, can be really beneficial to women during menopause, reducing their symptoms. Not surprisingly, bamboo (with remineralizing properties), alfalfa, soybeans, or yam, has shown it can be really effective.

However, today we bring you an interesting story that deals with a study conducted recently by researchers at Pennsylvania, where it has been shown that exercise helps relieve some symptoms of menopause, such as depression, stress or anxiety.

It was found that the level of anxiety, stress and depression was significantly lower among physically active postmenopausal women, unlike those that had a significantly lower activity.

The research was carried out over a period of eight years from 1996, which studied a total of 380 women with a mean age of 42.
