If you want the skin hydrated and healthy, you need to take nutrients which play an important role in skin health. If your skin is not getting enough nutrients, will soon become dry and brittle. Here are some nutrients that will help you maintain healthy, beautiful skin.

Water
Water is essential for healthy skin, and in the hydration. Water also helps in eliminating waste. Feed your skin with water every day. In addition to water can eat fruits and vegetables are largely composed of water.

Vitamin B:
