Administered in adequate doses, ginseng generally presents no contraindication. It should be every two or three weeks of treatment, resting one. When you exceed the recommended dose or take a long time without interruption, can lead to problems of nervousness, inability to sleep, nausea, stomach pain or headaches and muscle tension.
In some people, not used, can cause headache or malaise. It is advisable to start taking small doses to get the body used. Not be combined with caffeine (coffee, tea and soda) or other stimuli, to avoid over-excitation. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. You should not mix it with antidepressants.
