Lose Weight by Eating Between Meals, Healthy Snacks and Light

Do not fall into the mistake of thinking that to lose weight is to stop eating! To lose weight is essential to eat, but not in any way, but in a healthy way, trying to eat everything in the right amounts and making five meals a day.

If you can not eat between meals, morning or mid afternoon snack, here you can take different light snacks between meals to lose weight by eating:

* A bowl of fruit you like best or most convenient for you and cut and prepared for that is easy to take and not be tempted to eat lake that does not suit you.

* Nuts and dried are another alternative. The raisins, apricots or dried fruits are healthy snacks.

* The facts yogurt smoothies or milk are a delicious option in the summer months. You can mix in a blender some juice, a yogurt (nonfat, better !!!!!) and a piece of fruit. Avoid sugar-loaded!

* You can also mix a few pieces of fruit with yogurt.

* Two rice cakes with two slices of ham.

* Two slices of bread served with tomato and tuna slice.

* Two mild cheese toast with jam and low in calories.

* You can take cereal with milk, yogurt or cottage cheese, but you know choose not to add fat dairy calories. With 40-50 grams of cereal is enough. So be careful with large bowls and bowls because they can be a trap better opt for whole grains and low in fat, or muesli type. Beware bathed in chocolate, honey or sugar.
