When not conducting a complete and balanced diet for a long time, deposits of minerals in the body are exhausted and there is a deficiency or absence. This leads to the body does not function properly, resulting in a covert malnutrition.

As not see or touch is hard to imagine how serious the deficiency.However the lack of minerals can lead to malnutrition hidden or disguised. Growth problems.

Skin problems.

Thyroid problems.
Hypertension.
Hypotension.
Kidney problems, etc.
Note that all the nutrients (macro and micronutrients) should be present in the daily diet, its deficit and prevent diseases arising from this situation.
