Lack of Minerals

When not conducting a complete and balanced diet for a long time, deposits of minerals in the body are exhausted and there is a deficiency or absence. This leads to the body does not function properly, resulting in a covert malnutrition.

Not normally takes real awareness of the importance of the services provided by the minerals in our health. As not see or touch is hard to imagine how serious the deficiency.However the lack of minerals can lead to malnutrition hidden or disguised. The weight may be normal or above the ideal weight, your most common blood parameters may be normal, but you may be suffering a shortage of minerals without knowing it.

This is because eating habits changed with the passage of time, were left out foods like fruits and vegetables, which were replaced by other high in fat. This is dangerous especially for children and adolescents, age group most consume such foods.

The lack of minerals can lead to:
Iron deficiency anemia.
Fatigue.
Tiredness without justification.
Growth problems.
Broken bones.
Skin problems.
Reduction of natural defenses, so diseases arise more frequently.
Thyroid problems.
Hypertension.
Hypotension.
Kidney problems, etc.
Note that all the nutrients (macro and micronutrients) should be present in the daily diet, its deficit and prevent diseases arising from this situation.
