Combined fruit juice and chia for cholesterol

* A slice of pineapple

Preparation:
It is very easy to prepare this juice against cholesterol. Just start by roasting (but not reach burning) chia seeds. Meanwhile, squeeze the juice of the grapefruit and cut the slice of pineapple.
