Live Near A Deciduous Forest Can Reduce The Stress

The fact that many live under stress today is probably no secret, but now it appears that you have been lucky enough to live near a deciduous forest can your life be much more harmonious.

A survey from SLU in Alnarp shows that people who live or have close to a deciduous not experience stress as much as others. The study is based on 3000 randomly selected people in Skane and Blekinge and even people who just walk in a deciduous forest at leisure. Those who participated in the survey were asked to answer their recreational habits of different types of forests (deciduous and coniferous forest) and how they felt their stress level. Water Good for People with Heart

Exercise in warm water improves physical function in elderly patients with both heart failure and older with heart failure and type 2 diabetes. Water has previously been assessed as inappropriate training for people with heart failure.

The background to the assumption is that the water itself is a pressure on the body and then transferred to the blood from the legs to the torso.

It is considered likely to create further pressure on the heart. Physiotherapy Asa Cider thesis has shown that bathing in the warm pool on the contrary, gives a reduced cardiac load, resulting in an improved pump function and a lower heart rate. Read the rest of this entry »
