Obesity and depression often the major research indicates a clear relationship between the two disorders: depression may promote the development or the rise in obesity, which in turn can lead to depression or worse. This gives us one more reason to fight obesity or overweight and also a possible tool to attack them.
A review of studies conducted by researchers in the Netherlands has found a very strong and in both directions between obesity and depression.
